34 22 130Precision Electronics Gripping Pliers
Carbon Footprint
These symbols indicate environmental performance indicators for each pair of pliers. The carbon footprint (PCF) indicates how much CO₂ is generated during the manufacture of the pliers. The PCF is calculated using the cradle-to-gate approach, which considers the life cycle of the pliers from raw material extraction to leaving our factory, with a focus on the manufacturing phase. This allows us to systematically evaluate the CO₂ emissions of a pair of pliers and identify opportunities for improvement in design, materials and production. A high recycling rate saves resources and supports the circular economy. Steel can be recycled indefinitely without any loss of quality. By using recycled steel, we improve the environmental performance of our pliers.
- Precision pliers for fine assembly work, e. g. in electronics and fine mechanics
- For gripping, holding and bending
- Bolted joint: precise, zero backlash operation of pliers
- Precisely finished joint surfaces for smooth, low friction movement along the complete opening range
- Low-friction double spring for smooth and even opening
- Edges carefully deburred
- Non-reflective finish
- For very precise assembly work, e.g. in electronics and fine mechanics
- Approx. 20% lighter than conventional electronics pliers
- Smooth-running double spring for a gentle and even opening
