Conditions of participation
KNIPEX launches a "gift for a Knipex fan" where a winner will be chosen by lottery on the theme "Knipex pipe scissors".
It's very easy to enter and win a great prize!
The “giveaway” is organized by KNIPEX-Werk C. Gustav Putsch KG, hereinafter referred to as KNIPEX.
Prize
Scissors for cutting plastic, multilayer pipes, and hoses Knipex 90 25 185.

The „giveaway“ will take place from 4.03.2022 to 7.03.2022
Participate in „giveaway“ can persons from 16 years old.
Participation is not limited to the organizer's customers and does not depend on the purchase of a product or service. If the participant's capacity is restricted, the consent of his legal representative is required.
KNIPEX employees are not eligible for participation in this activity.
Announcement of winners and presentation of prizes
The winner will be chosen by random and announced on Knipex Baltics Instagram and Facebook within 14 days from the end of acitvity.
By participating, participants confirm these terms of participation and agree that their names may be published on the KNIPEX social networking sites.
The prize will be awarded only to the winner or the legal minor representative of the winner. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, withdrawn or paid in cash. All costs incurred in sending the prizes will be covered by the organizer.
The claim to the prize ends if the winner cannot be reached, contacted or the prize is not picked up within 21 days of the first winner being announced. Only one prize can be awarded to participant.
End of giveaway promotion
KNIPEX expressly reserves the right to cancel giveaway activity without prior notice and without giving any reason. This applies in particular to any reasons which interfere with or impede the execution of the planned action or where its proper execution is not possible for technical reasons.
If the promotion is canceled, KNIPEX will delete all previously provided information.
Data protection
The organizer points out that no personal data of the participant will not be passed to third parties or made available for use without consent.
If the prize is awarded, the winner agrees that his / her name or nickname will be published in the media used by the organizer. This includes announcing the winner on the organizer’s website and on his or her social media platforms.
The participant may cancel the consent given at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing form.
Facebook opt-out
Facebook does not support, sponsoring, organizing or review this „giveaway“ pormtoion in any way. The organizer of this competition is KNIPEX.
