The handles of the Knipex 35 52 145 electronics pliers are forged from special tool steel, oil-hardened, carefully deburred, mirror-polished and completed with opening spring and rivet to produce precision gripping pliers. The advantage over chrome-plating is that nothing can peel off and fall onto printed circuit boards.
