This means the Knipex 26 12 200 T is also suitable for cutting hard wire. Induction hardening of cutting edges to about 61 HRC yields cutting values for hard wire of up to Ø2.2 mm.

The vanadium electric steel precision tips are flexible and torsion-resistant. This means that manual force is easily controlled. The cutting edges are near the joint.
